Pasano Collection Refund Policy

Welcome to Pasano Collection refund policy! We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all information about the returns process and refunds.

Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please contact our customer service at support@pasanocollection.com to arrange a return within this period.
  • The costs for returning products are borne by the costumer, unless the product is defective.
  • Jewelry, headwear's, swimwear and other items classified as personal or hygiene-related products are not eligible for return.
  • If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

    This may involve completing a return form, printing a shipping label, or packing the item in a specific way. 
    If you need to return an item via mail, follow the shipping instructions carefully and use the provided label.

    4. Return the Item:

    Prepare the item for return according to the seller's instructions.
    Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    Ship the item back to the seller using the designated shipping method.

    5. Receive Refund or Replacement:

    Once the seller receives the returned item, they will inspect it and process your request.
    If approved, you'll receive a refund or a replacement item, depending on the seller's policy and your preference.
    The seller may also provide updates on the status of your return. 

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.
  • The refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
  • The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition it was received.
  • Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
