Please note that the measurement shown on the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items. (Please check our return policy)
Our products are photographed by the camera, without adding any filters to the picture. Product color difference depends on your phone or computer screen, but if you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to do a return or exchange.

If you didn’t receive your parcel after 3 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will attend to you.
Sometimes it is possible that products will arrive seperatly, because our team works in different warehouses.
If any items are missing from your order, please wait 2-3 before contacting us. Most probably the rest of the items will arrive within these days. If the rest of the items are not there within 3-4 days, please contact us through email.

Yes, if you’re not satisfied you can return the order, if it is undamaged and unused. You have 14 days to return your order (partially), which takes effect from the moment your order is received.Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklace, Socks and Caps.
